RULES OF ENGAGEMENT
Every rule carries a reference. Click one to copy a direct link — staff use these when explaining a decision, so /rules#3-14 always lands on the same rule.
Respect the people behind the characters
In-character conflict is the point of the server. Out-of-character harassment, slurs, discrimination and personal attacks are not, and are actioned regardless of what your character would do.
One account per person
Alternate accounts used to bypass a punishment, farm loot, or scout for another character are treated as ban evasion. If you need a second character, ask staff first.
Staff decisions are final in the moment
Argue a ruling in a ticket after the scene, never in-game or in public channels. Continuing to argue mid-scene is itself a punishable disruption.
Keep other communities out of this one
Do not advertise other servers in our Discord or in-game, and do not carry drama from other communities into this one.
You are responsible for your account
Anything done on your account is treated as done by you. Sharing credentials is not a defence and is itself grounds for removal.
Value your life
Your character wants to survive. Acting fearlessly with a gun pointed at you, refusing reasonable demands, or throwing yourself at a horde for content breaks the scene for everyone in it.
No metagaming
Information your character did not learn in character does not exist. Streams, Discord calls, and what you saw on your previous character are all out-of-character sources.
No powergaming
Do not force outcomes on other players, invent abilities your character has no reason to have, or narrate actions that leave the other person no way to respond.
Stay in character in-game
Use out-of-character chat sparingly and never during an active scene. If something genuinely needs a pause, call it clearly and take it to a ticket afterwards.
New life rule
When your character dies, that character forgets the events leading to their death, and may not return to the area or pursue those involved for two hours.
Character names must fit the setting
No celebrity names, joke names, or names referencing memes or brands. Staff may force a rename without warning.
Initiation is required
Hostile action needs clear, in-character initiation that gives the other party a genuine chance to respond. Shooting first without initiation is random deathmatch.
No random deathmatch
Killing without roleplay context is the fastest way to lose your whitelist. "My character is unstable" is not a context.
No combat logging
Disconnecting during or immediately after an active scene to avoid an outcome is treated as the outcome having happened, plus a punishment.
Hostage and demand limits
Demands must be achievable. Taking a hostage requires a roleplay reason and a way for the situation to end without a body.
No third-partying
Do not enter an active firefight you have no roleplay connection to. Wait for the scene to resolve, or establish a reason to be involved before engaging.
Vehicles are not weapons
Repeatedly ramming players, using a vehicle to escape an initiated scene, or driving into a structure to break a siege are all out of bounds.
Bases must be enterable
Every base needs a viable entry point that can be breached with the tools available on the server. Sealed boxes are removed without compensation.
No building in restricted zones
Military sites, hospitals, event locations and the city core are off limits. Build there and the structure is removed.
Raids need roleplay
Raiding is allowed with an in-character reason. Raiding purely to clear a stash, with no attempt at roleplay before or during, is not.
Do not block public routes
Structures may not seal roads, bridges, or the only route into a settlement. Staff will remove anything that makes the map unplayable for others.
Report bugs, do not use them
Using a bug for any advantage — duplication, clipping through geometry, recovering lost items — is a permanent ban. Reporting one in a ticket is rewarded.
No third-party modification
Menus, injectors, macro scripts and any client modification that changes gameplay are permanent bans on first offence, with no appeal.
No stream sniping
Using a live broadcast to locate, follow or ambush a player is metagaming and is actioned as such.
No real-money trading
Selling characters, items or currency for real money is a permanent removal for everyone involved in the transaction.
Working microphone required
Voice is the primary interaction on this server. Text roleplay is permitted only where a ticket has approved it in advance.
Radios are in-character items
You may only use a radio channel your character has the frequency for, and only while carrying a working radio.
No soundboards or voice modulation
Soundboards, voice changers and music played over voice break immersion for everyone in earshot and are not permitted in-game.
Keep out-of-character chat out of scenes
Discord voice with players who are in the same scene is metagaming, whether or not you act on what you hear.

How punishments escalate
Most offences follow the three-strike escalation in the table above. Exploits, cheating and ban evasion skip straight to permanent removal. Staff weigh intent and history.
Appeals
Appeal in a Discord ticket, once, quoting the incident ID. Appeals opened in public channels, or reopened after a decision, are closed without review.
Character kills as a sanction
Staff may retire a character where a punishment would otherwise break an ongoing story. This is not appealable separately from the punishment itself.
